Plastic line dividers (Traffic segregators)

They serve to physically separate the bicycle lane from other areas such as the roadway or sidewalk.
Installing these plastic curbs helps define or delimit the lane, improving road safety in the affected section. They are typically installed 1.00 m from each other. They are made of high-strength engineering plastic in yellow, with two holes formounting. They are 40.5 cm long, 8.5 cm high, and 15 cm wide, with a 28 mm convex red glass reflector (612.8 mcd/lux).

Flexible PVC delineators

These delineators serve to warn and guide cyclists, as well as separate the bike lane from other traffic or hazardous areas.
They help define the space for bicycles, improving road safety and visibility, especially in low-light conditions. Made of PVC with shape memory, they are 100% flexible, allowing them to bend 180º if necessary without breaking. They are yellow, UV resistant, and feature self-adhesive reflective strips (Type 1 - ASTM D 4956). Mounting hardware is included.

Signs manufactured entirely in accordance with the construction requirements specified by the various Departmental Governments in their purchase orders. Installed accordingto the project requested by the departmental government, in compliance with the Uruguayan Standard for Vertical Signage of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (M.T.O.P.) of Uruguay

The signs can be ordered in different reflectivity grades, according to ASTM D 4956, as follows:

  • Class 1 signs, standard, Type I, Engineer grade.
  • Class 2 signs, superior characteristics, Type III, High Intensity grade.
  • Class 3 signs, maximum reflectivity, Type XI, Diamond grade.

The signs include galvanized screws for mounting to 2” painted pipe poles, with a cap on top and a truncated conical concrete base.
